My moms group is located in several cities (nation wide soon). The group is called  mom in ME our focus is on the  mental wellness of mothers. Our meetings are discussion based playgroups that offer a silly side to being a mom and dealing with life's daily challenges as a mom  without  losing your self as a person
 Remaining human and showing our children that adult life/ Parents  aren't  always boring and angry. We accept as parents there are times when we have to be serious. 

But, want to display  there's always time to laugh , be silly and just smile. 

MOm+ me = Taking care of ME ! Mom lives in YOU -a woman-you are not ONLY someone's  mom ! 
You are so much more! 
Although mom's are often treated as drones and superhero's
You are Human! 
Mom's have feelings, emotions a 

 The way a mother feels and her behavior in  the home (child environment) effects her child or children. Which directly effects the direction of  World's Future.

A world of future happiness relies on a mothers happiness today!
